Practice with me!
Join me for in-person classes at my Yoga Space!
Starting in October, I’m offering a few weekly classes at my massage office/mini yoga space. These small-sized classes are a great way to connect to the depth and detail of an asana practice. I’m looking forward to teaching all the aspects of an embodied practice, so we can enjoy the convergence of movement and philosophy.
Registering
There’s only room for 5 folks per class, so you will need to pay and register in advance for any class you wish to take.
Truly, there won’t be room for an extra yogi who didn’t sign up.
To sign up, head to the schedule below and click any class. From there, you’ll be asked if you want to sign up for multiple classes, then prompted to pay and click a waiver. You can create an account for quicker registration next time.
This is the only way to register for class. Please, no last-minute emails!
The Classes
Level One (Fridays at 9am-10am) is for experienced yoga students who love a regular practice and do not seek advanced poses nor a quick pace. We create challenge by committing to the details of the pose, the rigor of strength-building and creative variations.
Level Two (Wednesdays at 12pm-1:30pm) is open to experienced yogis who seek a wide range of poses in their practice, with room to explore inversions and backbends. We’ll get into creative variations with lots of props.
Yoga Teacher Class (Thursdays 9am-10:30am) is open to yoga teachers, both new and experienced. Our focus will be on refining our understanding of asana, with forays into movement science and philosophy. A small group format (there's only room for 5) means this will be a conversational, active learning experience. We’ll practice the details of all kinds of poses.

What to expect
Did I mention that the space is small? Please reduce the amount of “stuff” you bring to class, and silence any and all devices. Ditch your smart watch.
I plan to livestream the Friday class, and will need a few chances to work out the kinks. Bear with me.
There’s a bathroom in the space, as well as a kitchenette for bottle filling.
I will set up your props, and I do have mats if you forget yours.
Registration Policies
You can cancel your registration for a class up to 12 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. No refunds or credit is given for cancellations within 12 hours of class. This policy is firm.
